When partnering with enterprise clients, we adhere to strict zero-trust engineering standards. We do not monetize, harvest, or broker client proprietary data, code repositories, telemetry streams, or operational intelligence to any third party.

• All technical client data is governed under strict Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Client repositories, API credentials, and staging environments are accessed strictly on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis.
• Telemetry streams processed via OneTrack are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

IoT & GPS Telemetry Sovereignty

For enterprise fleet telematics deployed under OneTrack, all telemetry data generated by tracking units—including GPS coordinates, speed vectors, ignition state, and CAN-bus telemetry—is the exclusive proprietary property of the licensed enterprise client.

OPTEQ acts solely as a data processor. Data retention schedules and purge cycles are configurable per enterprise tenant requirements to ensure regional regulatory compliance.

100% Client Ownership

Upon receipt of milestone settlement according to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), full intellectual property rights, source code, CI/CD pipeline definitions, and deployment configurations are assigned without restriction to the client.
