Project Overview

Aeroco requested a white-label Online Travel Agency (OTA) solution capable of serving multiple B2B airline partners and travel agencies from a single core codebase. The primary challenge was maintaining sub-second search response times across millions of live flight routes and hotel inventories while allowing partners to instantly apply custom branding, domains, and markup configurations.

Key Capabilities & Features

Instant Multi-Tenant Branding

Partners can upload custom logos, color palettes, and fonts via an administrative portal, propagating to their white-label domain within seconds.

Real-time Flight & Hotel Search Engine

Complex filtering by airline alliances, layover windows, baggage allowances, and flexible-date matrices.

Dynamic Markup Management

Custom profit margins and commission tiers automatically computed per agency tier and client residency during checkout.

Automated Ticket Issuance & PNR Sync

Automated PNR creation, payment reconciliation, and instantaneous PDF e-ticket generation integrated with webhooks.

Engineered Challenges & Solutions

High-Latency Global Distribution System (GDS) Feeds

Challenge: Aggregating real-time API feeds from multiple GDS networks (Amadeus, Sabre) frequently took 4.5+ seconds per roundtrip search.

Solution: Implemented a distributed Redis caching layer with optimistic background polling and parallelized worker requests, compressing median search latency down to 380ms.

Zero-FOUC Dynamic Theme Injection

Challenge: Overriding brand typography and color tokens dynamically per tenant without causing hydration mismatches or layout shifts in Next.js SSR.

Solution: Designed a Server-Driven UI (SDUI) token system injected directly into the document root prior to paint, completely eliminating flash-of-unstyled-content (FOUC).
